App is automatically scrolling up and down while clicking “Lets Talk” button

To Reproduce

1. Login in to https://www.topcoder.com/data-science/data-exploration/
2. ( Do Login With Valid Credentials)
3. Go to get Started with Data Science
4. Click Lets Talks on top of the page
5. Observe the UI
6. Scroll bottom of the page
7. Click “Lets Talk”
8. Observe the UI

Actual behavior
App is automatically scrolling up and down while clicking “Lets Talk” button

Expected behavior
App should not automatically scrolling up and down while clicking “Lets Talk” button

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• OS: Windows 11 Home
• Browser [Chrome, Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Firefox]
• Version [Firefox - 98.0.2 (64-bit)]
