Pages containing carousel sliders can be scrolled horizontally

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to a page which has carousel slider for e.g https://www.topcoder.com/data-science/
2. Scroll down to section where there are carousel slider for e.g. " GET STARTED WITH DATA SCIENCE AT TOPCODER"
3. Try to scroll the page horizontally
4. see the page being scroll horizontally

Expected behavior
Carousels should fit in the width of the page instead of being scrolled horizontally
