step0: ensured user is logged in

1. go to https://www.topcoder.com
2. click on The community
3. scroll to bottom and click Competitive programming in Tracks section in from footer
4. search for any random value
5. select a radio button
6. hover on the checkbox

- Actual result:
Hovering on checkbox shows irrelevant data

- Expected results:
This data should not be available on UI
