iPad - App is opening the drop down list automatically while performing below steps

To Reproduce

1. Login in to https://www.topcoder.com/
2. ( Do Login With Valid Credentials)
3. Click Lets Talk Button
4. App Open Talk To Sale Form
5. Click Drop Down list and close the drop down by clicking out side
6. Now Click Submit button
7. Observe the UI

Actual behavior
App is opening the drop down list automatically

Expected behavior
App should not pen the drop down list automatically
