Steps to reproduce

• Open https://www.topcoder.com/
  

• Log in
  

• It takes you to https://www.topcoder.com/home, observe User image icon in the top right
  

• Go back to https://www.topcoder.com
  

• Observe the User image icon on the top right
  

  Actual result

• topcoder.com doesn't show preselected user icon even if available.

  Expected results

• topcoder.com should show preselected user icon like topcoder.com/home
