Describe the bug
The space between the text message and the button is not given

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://www.topcoder.com/
2. Click on 'The Community' in the top navigation bar
3. The space between text and button is not there as in the screen shot

Expected behavior
There should be a space between the text and the button
