Autocmd to open `.git/COMMIT_EDITMSG` in insert mode. #2169

Auto set to insert mode after entering commit edit message buffer.

local function set_insert_mode()
  vim.cmd "startinsert"
end

local fugitive_commit_pattern = ".git/COMMIT_EDITMSG"
api.nvim_create_autocmd({ "BufEnter" }, { pattern = fugitive_commit_pattern, callback = set_insert_mode })

Any improvements/feedback is welcome. This seems to work great for me.
