Summarize major updates after wp update command

Problem
As the uses may not have the current version of the plugins listed in the composer.json file would be nice to list major changes made in the update.

Proposed solution
After the update is complete, list all packages that received a MAJOR update (1.x.x -> 2.x.x etc) and prompt the user to test this functionality thoroughly.

The following packages received major updates, make sure to test them thoroughly:
roots/wordpress: 5.9.3 -> 6.3.1
wpackagist-plugin/woocommerce: 7.9.0 -> 8.0.3
