Downloading images creates a file with no extension

Detailed description

Whenever I try to download images the file extension is stripped. I am getting files like "original" and "original-1" with no file extension.

Steps to reproduce the problem

Open an image where its full screen.
Up at the top next to the share icon there is the download icon. Press that.

Looks like we take the extension the server provides, so your server probably uses urls without file extension. Is there a server where this occurs & I can get an account to investigate this bug?
