自动拉取qq头像应该是为了方便没有在gravatar设置头像的访客
这导致了：我想显示gravatar头像，但是现在却显示qq头像

建议加一个博主专属头像

已经评估，会加重头像获取的复杂度，影响性能，所以暂无计划。

建议使用非数字QQ邮箱注册gravatar，绕过这个问题。

可以添加一个博主头像设置选项，设置了拉取自定义头像，没设置那就拉取qq或gravatar头像

感觉不是很有必要，优先级暂时放低
