Your mod replaces the title. Disabling the mod makes this go away.

To clarify, the title card seen in this was from a mob resource pack. I don't know why it did anything with the logo to begin with - but the point being something about this mod seems to cause it to appear.

Disabling this mod causes the logo to go back to the default. The message atleast seems to imply it's indicating a problem; because the resourcer pack isn't overwriting the logo otherwise.

Not sure if this mod touches the title screen and or logo at all - but it may indicate an error if so.

If not, just mark this as closed, a symptom of some oddity.

Neither this mod nor the dependency has this image.
You should check your own resource packs if they override the Minceraft title logo.
