Yes, if using Control-Click (Windows/Linux) or Command-Click (macOS) to turn off uBO only for the current page.

For some reason (so far didn't spend time finding out whether it's a bug or an intentional behavior like here) when whitelisting the current page using Ctrl + the Big Power button, it includes the query part, but skips the fragment part, however an user can append the fragment part manually in the Trusted Sites pane and it will work.

It does work fine with push, not sure how with pop.

Let me rephrase the question. Assume following sequence of actions:

1. Ctrl-click big button (disable per page)
2. Reload page
3. Ctrl-click big button (reenable)

Will uBO apply filters to the requests generated using pushState API call and following actions or it will stay disabled until full page reload?

The answer is still the same: it will work, once the uBO icon is red it will work, as the proof you can see in the logger that requests are being filtered.
