It should be possible if the open operation would be awaited. However, let's wait with this until robert or anyone else helped implementing this correctly. Currently it's just invoking some process, that could be the right one or not. It is a bit more complicted that it looks because one snap can include X snapapps (libreoffice) |

Opening / launching an application hasn't yet been implemented for the apppage (#209), but from the current version on the Collections page, I have a question so let's discuss in this thread 😊
Currently, if you open a button from Collections there's nothing that indicates if the app is working in the background. I find myself pressing the button again after a few seconds. I would be nice with some kind of confirmation. Maybe it isn't even technical possible to monitor if the app is working in the background.
