dyld[83079]: Library not loaded: @rpath/libopenjp2.7.dylib

Reason: no LC_RPATH's found
I could no longer use libopenjpeg after a MAC OS update from Monterey 12.7.6 to Sonoma 14.8.1. When I use OPENJPEG from terminal, it fails with the error above.
