v15.3-rc2 Media Picker with Accepted types show all medias

Bug summary

With a media picker where the "Accepted types" has a list of types.
The list of medias still show all types of medias.
It should only show the accepted types and media items with children.

Steps to reproduce

Create a doctype with a property "Image Picker"

Add images and no-images to the Media section.

Create a page and click the media picker.

you are only able to select images.

But the non-image items are still in the list of mediai items

I can reproduce this, but seems like it might be a design decision rather than a bug as clearly something is being done to prevent you picking types you aren't allowed to - i.e. it's not that this filter has been missed for implementation; but a choice has been made to have other types shown but not pickable rather than not shown at all.

@AndyButland so is it a bug or discussion?
Someone at HQ must have made the decision to always show all items.
Umbraco has always thought of the editors experience in the backoffice. By only showing what is selectable would make a huge deal for the editors daily work.
Maybe a switch to show all items if needed could be a god solution.
