Ability to have read only name property or format in the header

I have a property that I can use as the name for an entity (a reference number) that I would like displayed in the top header bar so the user has the context of which record they are editing, but I don't want it editable.

eg - In this screenshot I want to replace "Funding Request" with the actual Reference number (or a combination of reference number and applicant name), but keep it non-editable.

The only way to get a title is to set the NameProperty item - but then it becomes editable which is not desirable.

PS. If there's any way to further customise the header with additional info in a sub-header (like uSync does), that would be amazing!
