Add ability to hide/rename name column

I have a few use cases where the entities I'm showing in a Collection don't really have anything that maps to the name column. I'd love to have the ability to get rid of the name column completely and designate another column as the "primary" column. Alternatively, being able to rename it would be great.

The best we currently have is the ability to create a name based on other other values https://docs.getkonstrukt.net/collections/the-basics#defining-an-entity-name see SetNameFormat but yea, I don't think we currently have a way to change the "name" column heading.

Would be a nice feature if one could "rename" the column as Name isn't always what should be the "defining" of the entity.
