One-sided modifiers

Make all modifiers such as Right Shift, Right Alt, Right Ctrl and Right Super to trigger Left ones and vise versa.

• Setting it by command-line option
• Changing it on-the-fly via IPC
• Notify xmobar-indicators about its state
