Selawik-README.md lacks information on macOS hint rendering

https://github.com/unicode-org/text-rendering-tests/blob/master/fonts/Selawik-README.md does not explain how the hinting is activated on MacOS, but this is one of the key aspects of the test font. I hope @robmck-ms can update it to explain this :)
