Move be_yaml_equivalent_to method into the xml-c14 gem which should be renamed #11
Description
The xml-c14 gem was meant to compare XML regardless of certain key orders, and the YAML equivalent is here. We should combine them into a new "serialization rspec matcher" gem across all serialization formats.
