Add Overview for Maintenance

Description

We need to add some documentation with an overview of what MSBuild Targets Resizetizer evaluates. What MSBuild Targets does it inject, where it injects them, and in what order. Additionally we need to show for specific runtimes like Android, iOS/MacCatalyst, WASM, SKIA the specific targets that get invoked.

When documenting this, we should take note of Properties and Input files that get evaluated as well as any output Properties / Items that a Resizetizer Target may have. This will more broadly help with the long term maintainability of this project and make it easier for other team members to step in and address any issues in the future. If we can additionally get a visualization for the process that would also be a huge win.
