chore: remove arxiv binary and ignore build artifacts

Remove the arxiv executable that was previously committed and add bin/ directory to .gitignore to prevent build artifacts from being tracked in version control. This cleanup ensures the repository no longer contains binary files and establishes a convention for excluding build outputs.
