tiled, databroker, and bottleneck installation probably can be deleted for data from December 2024 onwards, but need to check if this harms backwards compatibility.

As best I can tell, this issue should have been closed when #172 was merged, but the PR description didn't use a closing keyword so it didn't automatically happen. Closing now. If there is remaining work as always feel free to reopen.
