Feature: Support Index ETHS Protocol with official Protocol Indexer Rules

After talk with ETHS official, we have made a solution to enable eths.

Sync Snapshot with ETHS official indexer snapshot data they were already indexed.
Sync ETHS indexed data via official public api each other start after the snapshot block height.
Slice Index ETHS and validating data with official public api.
Keep update with ETHS official.
