[BUG] Gparam Editor can't add Bloom/Bloom Enable

In the Gparam Editor, adding a Bloom/Bloom Enable field to a gparam that doesn't already have it does not work. There is no error message, the button just has no effect. Quick Edit cannot be used to add new fields either.

I think it might be because the actual field name uses some special characters: `Gs Presents【Bloom】 Enable`.
