Regenerating Config of existing peer entry adds new entry

If one hits "Generate config" for an existing entry, the keys and config are updated. However, this adds a new peer entry and does not remove the previous one. There exist then two entries with e.g. same allowed ip, which confuses the inferface.

Removal of the previous entry is tricky, see Issue #28.
