Since the cms package might only be used by apps/web, I don’t think we should promote replacing auth & database setups that are shared with other packages, especially those primarily used by api or app.

In my view, a Payload CMS setup would likely use a separate database (a different schema or even a completely separate DB) and only be consumed by apps/web.

Also, the auth setup for web should only concern "auth for CMS", and not interfere with the main app's authentication logic.
