Leaf page.tsx same segment keep state

Goals

Allow to page.tsx keep the state between navigation and do not force un-mount if we are in the same segment.

for example:
/product/shoes-1 -> /product/shoes-737

should not cause the component to be unmount and should keep the state between navigations.
