What is the logic for handling competing requests in swr? Parameter consistency, or request timing?

Currently, there are several options for dealing with the competition problem.

1. Some of them are url, method and body are the same, that is, the queryKey does not change, then ignore the previous one.
2. If the next promise is made before the previous one returns, the response to the previous promise is ignored. like https://ahooks.js.org/hooks/use-request/basic#cancel-response
