Failed to install on Codex

When I try to install via npx plugins add vercel/vercel-plugin, I'm getting the following

Codex installation failed. Error: plugin `vercel` was not found in marketplace `openai-curated`

After some research, it seems like openai-curated is deprecated, it might still works on machines that still have the marketplace cache on local.
