Support minting SBTs

• Create SBTManager
• Configure SBTManager from environment config
• Support mint()
• Support isMinted()
• Support burn()

The majority of this coded, however bugs in the protocol are preventing the isMinted() and burn() methods from working properly

@tahpot I got stuck to make all the thing works end to end on minting SBTs

• The mint SBT function seems to have an error when I try to mint a badge for Discord Account, I just assume it works to continue the implementation.
• I'm figuring out how to create a Verida Identity credential and then how to claim its SBT from that. Maybe you can give me a clue.
• Do we have the badge images uploaded to IPFS? - I got the images on IPFS
• Also, I have a question about the gas free to mint SBT, on the design the user pays for it, or we will subsidize that cost? - Got the answer, the VERIDA_DID_CLIENT_CONFIG is gasless.
• Facebook and Twitter connection needs to be fixed

@nick-verida cool, thanks. Though I haven't been able to generate a SBT. I think this is helpful to display the badge before it is claimed, as we can download and display them not having to store all the images in the app bundle.
