Get "https://vfox-plugins.lhan.me/kotlin.json": dial tcp: lookup vfox-plugins.lhan.me: no such host

'lhan.me' has expired, we have use 'vfox.dev' now.

For this, you can use vfox config registry.address https://version-fox.github.io/vfox-plugins to change the registry address. Or upgrade to latest version.
