Introduction

As title.
password seems to be unnecessary for the SSL connection, and it may cause confusion for the users. Also, the configs should be unified for both self-signed and ca-signed modes, an example can be found in https://docs.pingcap.com/tidb/stable/enable-tls-between-clients-and-servers
