Custom Unsplash collections only cycle through a few images

Hi! I'm using the startpage on my brave browser as my homepage. I have configured bonjourr to pull images from unsplash collections, however, I've noticed that the same maybe 5 or 10 images keep getting chosen no matter the size of the collection in unsplash. I've tried setting different collections and even setting multiple collection ids separated with commas and ultimately it still only cycles only about 5 to 10 images from whatever collection I'm pointing to. This is the same behavior for my laptop browser and my phone browser.

I found some new information regarding this. I opened the dev console and am seeing the following error whenever I refresh the page.

Also, it appears to be 8 images exactly that get cycled through. Initially when I enter a new collection id in the settings I can refresh and all appears fine for several refreshes. But after a bit the same 8 images cycle continuously.

I did clone the repo and try to reproduce locally with a locally running api. Everything worked fine locally though. I only see this behavior in the live version.
