Tooltips and mouseover action/hint

Please add mouseover action to Vimperator so the user can view tooltips, it is especially useful when reading Wikipedia articles through Navigation popups or Hovercards.

It's an essential feature that Vimperator misses, and ;; (Focus hint) doesn't help with that :)

Muttator doesn't work with the latest versions of Thuderbird, I'm on Fedora, and it basically ignores most if not all of the commands I type. Muttator is the only reason why I use Thunderbird and not Evolution.

These should really be two seperate issues. Let's leave this one as a feature request for mouseover, as there are other issues for muttator problems.
