help page opening is buggy

Description:

when trying to display help, several things are broken.

1. opening a help page often displays a blank screen, one has to reload the page to have it displayed. on my current session :tab help always do this.

2. some help requests do not jump correctly. for example if i :help ; (and refresh the page because of 1.), i am led to the top of the page, and i have to :help ; again to jump to the correct entry. this do not occur with e·g· :help d.

Steps to reproduce:

(2) stills occur on a fresh profile (with only Vimperator & Tree Style Tabs), but (1) does not, so right now i am left with those improbable suspects (but what a strange bug anyway):
