Auto hide mouse when interacting with the browser via the keyboard

Description:

In vim (or perhaps in the terminal I use), pressing keys will automatically hide the mouse from view until I move the mouse again. Vimperator should do this as well, because I hate having the ugly cursor hovering uselessly above a page while I'm scrolling and trying to read.

Expected behavior:

The mouse should be hidden from view in all modes once any key has been pressed. Once the cursor's position changes, it should be shown again

This could be added as an optional ex command to put in .vimperatorrc

Cool feature! Sometimes cursor is over some important element, and I can't see it. I need to change cursor position manually with mouse. Cursor have autohide feature on typing almost in all text editors.

Not an easy task as it requires much deeper integration into the platform dependent code of Firefox than currently. Considering the rewrite as a webextension I don't think that this will ever be implemented.

I was actually writing a vimperator extension to do this via a mousemove event handler and a keypress event handler, but I realized that vimperator intercepts the keypress events before my plugin could get to them, and I couldn't find a simple way around it. I could get it into a semi-working state and push it to a repo if you're interested.

It shouldn't be too difficult to add this as an option and then hide the mouse cursor via some javascript (applying a html { cursor: none; } css rule perhaps) within vimperator itself.
