Java version support for Docker

Would it be fine to ask if you can update the java version of the current docker you have? I tried doing the suggested solution on this issue, but it only works if I were the one who compiles it since I already have my java version update on my server. I tried tinkering with the docker file but I always fail at it so I am humbly asking if you can do it for us? Thank you!

Edit: I noticed I didn't put context to why I was asking, but minecraft 1.21+ needs Java version 20+, and I think the docker version we have right now is only running at Java version 17.
