According zloirock/core-js#1390 (comment) it's a bug in babel-plugin-polyfill-corejs3 which was fixed in v0.11.0

plugin-legacy uses babel/preset-env and the fix is done on their side: babel/babel#17119
It seems there's some things left though: babel/babel#17097 (comment)

Closing as it's not something actionable on plugin-legacy side.
