Create web sockets to display the installation log messages while deploying a service/lab.

The front end has been implemented on the ads-web.Back end is also ready on the http-logger server.Certain issues with the testing environment and are being faced on the base4 machine

ADS running on OpenVZ container is not responding to websocket (ws) requests from javascript various same code is working as base machine running Ubunutu14.04 OS
