Your ship can leave you behind in hyperspace

I was docking with a planet and crowbarring up tiles to get rid of some ice on the floor, and I somehow got left behind on one of those tiles. I fell off of the tile I was left behind on and went flying into hyperspace and took a bunch of damage. Oops.
