Print tracked files & env vars

Description

It would be extremely useful to be able to identify what files/folders are being tracked as inputs/outputs, and what environment variables are tracked for inputs.
This would allow users to be able to determine whether or not they need to include or exclude certain things.

Suggested solution

Print tracked files/directories & environment variables when running with --verbose.

Hi, thank you for reporting that. It could be a little bit hard, because in the real project, the number of files that were being tracked can be a large number, and there are different data types for directory and files.

that's fine, it's not expected to be printed all the time, only when explicitly requested (e.g. via --verbose)
then you can just grep the output for what you need.
