Create base role hierarchy and lock down channels

Scope

• Create roles (top→bottom): Owner, Admin, Mod, Bot, 🔷VPNL Verified, Trader, Solver, LP, Dev, Guest, Muted.
• Lock server so @Guest only sees #start-here, #verify, #announcements.
• Hoist 🔷VPNL Verified and set brand color.
• Enable Community, Membership Screening, and basic Captcha (if using a gate bot like Wick/CaptchaBot).

Acceptance Criteria

• Only Verified members can see community channels.
• Guest can’t send messages anywhere except /verify channel.
• Mod & Admin have expected moderation perms.
• Bot role has Manage Roles and sits above Verified.
