With vue-tsc upgrade I get nonsense errors like a type isn't generic but it's defined as a generic in the same file

any ideas how to solved that?

vue-tsc is 3.1.1
typescript: 5.9.3
vue: 3.5.4

that's why i hasnt reported that as a bug. MRE would the whole repo with nested tsconfigs. i just hope that someone encountered a similar issue and fixed
