Highlight Team-only comments to Team

Recently I had a Team member accidentally tell me which Member made a particular Team-only formal objection. It seemed like the Team member couldn't easily see that I wasn't able to see the objection in my view of the questionnaire results page. If the Team's view of the results page doesn't already have a notation on each Team-only row of the Details tables next to the name of the Responder, it seems useful to add one. For example:
