Review of browser support in 2020 for items currently listed under Web Media APIs proposed to be supported on all platforms:

❌ - Media Fragments URI 1.0 (basic)
❌ - Media Session Standard
❌ - Sourcing In-band Media Resource Tracks from Media Containers into HTML
✅ - CSS Will Change Module Level 1 - handled via CSS Updates for 2020 #252
❌ - Web App Manifest
