Featured section not working on blog pages #49

Entering data into the "Featured Section" part of a brand new blog page does not produce any content in the preview or in the published version of the page. See this screenshot here:

We should investigate why that is the case and either remove the feature if we don't want to support it or fix it.

Making a note to say that it looks like there is no corresponding template code for the Featured section, which is why it is not displaying. We can probably adapt similar code from Wagtail.org.
