PDB File Handles aren't closed properly

In DockQ.py method load_PDB, the file is input as a handle that is never closed (line 653). This creates resource allocation issues when processing a large pool of decoys using multithreading.

Hi, this is a good point. I will take a look at the code and see if there is an easy solution
