Rename `callContractMethod` to `call` 

### What context is your feature request related to?

It's an extra-long name that doesn't tell anything useful. We already know that it's a call of some smart contract function or even deployment of a smart contract. `call` should be good enough.

`callContractMethod` -> `call`
