Make archived items sortable on pageCount

Backend changes:

• Calculate pageCount for uploads (maybe in background task)
• Copy pageCount from stats to distinct field for crawls
• Add index
• Make this sortable field for /all-crawls, /crawls, and /uploads

Frontend changes:

• Make pageCount sortable in tables for all archived items
